The College Computer Room is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
It is part of the University Managed Cluster Service (MCS) and gives students direct access to their Desktop Services filespace as well as access to application software and printing facilities. It also serves as a useful backup if students are experiencing issues with their own equipment.
There are currently ten PCs and one Apple iMac in the main Computer Room. There are two further MCS PC workstations in the Library.
There is an A4 scanner connected to the iMac.
Access is via a door code, which is available from the Porters' Lodge.
Printing, scanning and copying are available via a Multi-Function Device. There is an additional MFD in the Library basement which can be accessed from these computers.
