Return of deposit upon completion of your course
Please note your deposit is not wholly linked to accommodation you may have had in College but also to any College or University bills you may have outstanding.
Please only complete the form if you are leaving College and also no longer require access to College, University or Department facilities via the use of your College University card.
In you requesting a return of your deposit, this will require you to obtain signatures from relevant College Officers in section D. You will then need to return the form, together with your University Card, to the Tutorial and Admissions Office. Should the form be submitted without the required signatures or without your University card, it will not be possible for this to be passed to the Bursary to arrange for your deposit to be returned to you. You may wish to leave your completed form together with your University card at the Porter’s Lodge to pass to the Tutorial and Admissions Office on the day you leave. The Tutorial and Admissions Office will advise you by email if a form is received that cannot be taken forward. If signatures are required, your form will be returned attached to the email for you to arrange for this to be completed.
