Answers to the most common questions about our International Programme.

How much are the international programme fees?

The advanced international four-week programme for 15-18 year olds is £9,000

The foundation international two-week programme for 15-18 year olds is £6,500

The 18+ international two-week programme is £6,500  

Who are the academic tutors?

Academic Tutors are University of Cambridge Fellows, lecturers, and researchers with extensive teaching experience. 

What is included in the fees?

Tuition, accommodation, meals, excursions, social activities, support, and graduation certificate.

What is not included in the fees? 

Flights, visas, airport transfers, travel insurance, personal spending, £200 application fee. 

Will I be given a certificate?

Yes — graduates receive a final grade and certificate at the award ceremony.

Do you provide help with visas?

Can I travel to the UK by myself? 

Students under 17 from Mainland China must travel with a guardian or join group flights.

Other students aged under 18 should confirm requirements with Downing College.

Do I need health insurance? 

Yes, comprehensive travel and medical insurance is required.

NHS covers emergencies but not ongoing care.
