Champions again!
Congratulations to the Downing College Table Tennis Club, who have retained the Cuppers championship for a second successive year!
The team of Toby Petch (2023, Chemical Engineering), Luke Hodgson (2024, Natural Sciences), and Ray Yan (2021, Medicine) defeated Pembroke 6-1 in the semi-final before going on to defeat Magdalene by the same scoreline in the final.
Club captain Thomas Chen said: "With this result, we have been unbeaten in college competitions for two years, and with the entire team staying on for another year, we are aiming for a three-peat next year."
