Postgraduate accommodation

Download the prospective postgraduate accommodation form for 2026-27.

The Accommodation Office will allocate rooms ONLY to full-time postgraduate candidates who have:

  • had admission confirmed by the University

     and

  • returned the completed accommodation application form to the Accommodation Office (this is sent with the College offer letter).

Accommodation cannot be reserved in advance of meeting the above conditions.

The Accommodation Office will be in touch normally from August if they are able to offer you Postgraduate accommodation. Please contact the Accommodation Officer if you have any queries.

Demand for rooms often exceeds supply, and there is no guarantee of accommodation offered by College. Please note that a large proportion of College accommodation is close to the Railway Station. 

To remove an otherwise insurmountable barrier to access education, the College will endeavour, but cannot guarantee, to provide accommodation to students with serious medical needs such that they may not be able to source suitably or sufficiently adaptable accommodation in the private sector. However, it is only when your place is confirmed that College will be able to let you know if there is College accommodation that meets your needs. It remains the case that accommodation cannot be guaranteed, as it may be that there is no accommodation available, or no suitable accommodation available to meet your needs.
