Fellows' Termly Talks for Postgraduates

Once or twice each term, Fellows meet and talk with Downing Postgraduates about their careers and research. This term, Professor Joe Webster, Professor of Anthropology in the Divinity Faculty, will speak about his career and research. 

His interests and field-work are wide-ranging (Scottish fishing communities, football fandom, free speech), focusing at present on Protestant Sects in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The talk will be followed by a discussion. Free wine and cheese will be provided.
