Downing welcomes six new Fellows
We are delighted to welcome six new Fellows to Downing College. In a ceremony on 30 September, Dr Francesco Muschitiello, Professor Helen Scott, Dr Maria Vera Morales, Mr Dmitrij Szamozvancev, Dr Daniel Jolowicz and Dr Bonnie Lander Johnson were admitted to the College by the Master, Alan Bookbinder, in the company of other Downing Fellows.
Our new Fellows
- Dr Francesco Muschitiello joins as the Arnell Fellow in Climate Repair and as a Fellow in Geography.
- Professor Helen Scott joins as a Fellow in Law.
- Dr Maria Vera Morales joins as a Fellow in Engineering.
- Mr Dmitrij Szamozvancev joins as a Fellow in Computer Science.
- Dr Daniel Jolowicz joins as a Fellow in Classics.
- Dr Bonnie Lander Johnson joins as a Fellow in English.
Five of these Fellowships are brand new positions, and have been created to bolster our in-College teaching, as part of a process to define and realise Downing's vision, strategy and objectives for the next 5 to 10 years.
