I currently supervise graduate design research at the Department of Architecture.
I am the director of Mooradian Studio, an international architecture and design firm established in 2017. My professional work focuses on environmental sustainability, material experimentation and prototyping.
Recent studio publications include How to Stage a Cultural Encounter (2018), an urban study of various cultural institutes in London, and How to Build in a Gentle Way (2019), a study of renewable building methods in south India.
I graduated from the Architectural Association in 2011 with distinction after training at Herzog & de Meuron, Basel, and was a senior architect for 6a architects, London. While at 6a I worked on a range of arts, culture and heritage buildings including the Juergen Teller Studio (nominated for the RIBA Stirling Prize, 2017) and The Perimeter, Bloomsbury (shortlisted for the RIBA London Awards, 2018).
