There are 19 houses along Lensfield Road available to Downing students, with gardens backing onto the College site. 

The houses accommodate second, third and fourth year undergraduates and some graduate students.

There are a mix of rooms with shared and en-suite facilities. The houses have shared kitchen facilities, often with laundry facilities.
